How to Fight from Ladders in Heroscape

"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi, I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village and today we'll be discussing Heroscape and its expansion sets. And now we're going to go over being adjacent on different ladders. Now, as we see here via Syvarris and another creature on two different ladders, on two different towers. Now, Syvarris and the other creature are currently adjacent. They are actually on the same level of different ladders which means that if they leave their adjacent position on the board, that they will take and leave attack and or leave damage. Now this also go into effect if Syvarris is a little higher up. Because as long as Syvarris is at the height or equal to the height of this creature on his ladder, then they will be in engagement. Now, apparently he is still in engagement and if he moves up one more, then he will also still be in engagement because once again, is level to the creature's height. However, when he moves up this third ladder, the third rung on this ladder then he has left the engagement and would take a leave attack from this creature over here and vice versa and also if they were to be on the same ladder, it would be through the same effect and targeting points would be chosen when attacking."
