With expansion sets, your heroscape adventure can extend to a variety of new landscapes. You can battle opponents from castle walls, forest bridges and precarious rocks protruding from lava flows. The adventure continues as long as the money keeps flowing. Heroscape is a table top wargaming system by Milton Bradley. Players assemble various 3D hexagonal board pieces to form the playing surface, which is occupied by miniature figurines of a wide variety of creatures and characters. The figurines themselves are of a high quality and well-painted, an important selling point that gamers look for in such table top games. The scenarios are inspired by a range of genres and time periods including science fiction, fantasy, medieval Europe, the old west, japan, Nordic, and a host of assorted mythologies.
In this free video series, our expert will teach you how to add extension sets to your Heroscape game. Learn how to wage battles from ladders and castles, and how to attack opponents behind trees and over volcanoes. If you’re a serious gamer or just getting started this free video series has all the information you need to know to play and win Heroscape.
"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi, I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village and today we'll be discussing Heroscape and its expansion sets. And now we're going to talk about the Fortress of Archkyrie Expansion. And now in the Fortress of Archkyrie Expansion there are walls hence, fortress. And as we could see in here I have an end piece. This is one of the three pieces that come in the set. It comes with the body and the end cap and you have to make sure that this side, as you could see is one slot as there is no side over here, matches up with the slot on the base as so, so you would put these two together, like this. And you want to do this off the board because you have to snap it in place and you don't want to break your board. And now that you see it's snapped and secure, then you will find X angle shape on the board where you want to start the end of your wall. You will place it on the board and then this piece has grooves on the bottom to go on the top. Because this is the top level platform so you've matched the grooves and snap it in place. "
