Now you can do this a bunch of different ways; you can use this as an add on to a hat that you already made like the bike helmet. If you want to do that. Now to make it an arch hat you are going to take another balloon blown all the way up and you are going to put a bubble on each end. Now we are going to put the knot in put the knot in here and then we are going to bend this over here. Put the round end with the round end here and that is your basic arch hat. Now this is another good bases for other stuff. You can put a bow here, you can put a bow here, you can put connecting balloons, you can basically add on this give you a whole other anchor point up here. You can connect these with other balloons so experiment with this as well.
