Variations of the Columns Juggling Trick

"Alright, so I'm going to show you some ideas on how to vary the columns pattern. Now this is not going to be perfect, but you'll get the idea. Now I showed you how to make the ball go up and down in the center just by changing the two in one hand pattern that you're doing a little bit. You can actually make this ball go up and down on the outside, you can even put in an overthrow and make it go over the top while there's two balls going up and down. If you're doing the columns pattern where the ball is switching like this, you can start throwing in overthrows, and just make a couple of really interesting juggling patterns. So let me give you a little review here, there's up and down in the center, there's up and down on the side with an overthrow, just like that. So that's some ideas to vary the columns pattern."
