"Alright, so this is a way to do kind of a variation of two in one hand. I'm going to show you continuous double throws in a three ball pattern. It just kind of looks cool, and it?s something you can throw in to just vary your pattern a little bit. We'll start with a normal cascade, and what I'm going to do is do two throws with each hand like this. One, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, just like that. So each time I'm doing like two in one hand just for one throw and it's just kind of a cool way to vary the pattern. You know, it just kind of gives it a bit of a different look and it's a nice way to fill in in between some tricks. If your doing a series of three ball tricks, this is kind of a nice little filler in between. That's what I use it for sometimes. Or sometimes I'll just do a little a, if I'm doing a little juggling to music, I'm not talking, which is rare but occasionally, I'll put this in just to make things look a little different. You know, it's a nice little variation in the pattern. So that's the way you can use the two in one hand technique and do a cool looking trick. It's the two in one hand, the continuous double throws."
