"Okay everybody. Now I want to share with you some practice techniques that I've picked up over the years from various people who are much better jugglers than me. Number one is when you're practicing, don't feel like you have to practice for an hour non stop. Don't be afraid to go ten minutes, tale a break, go ten more minutes, take another break. If your practicing, and you find that all of the sudden your pattern is falling apart a lot, and you're having a tough time keeping thins under control, take a break for a few minutes, breathe, get yourself a glass of water, do whatever, and come back to it. Another technique is you close your eyes and you visualize yourself, one, two, three, doing the pattern. Obviously, don't try and juggle it with your eyes closed until you're a professional. Close your eyes, make the visual, the visualization of yourself juggling the pattern. Even go through the motions if you want and then open your eyes and do what you just saw. You know what it's supposed to look like so visualize it perfectly. Another practice tip is, don't be afraid to put some music on, put the T.V. on in the background. Give yourself something else, just to sort of, you know, not have it be so silent and intense. I found that having some music when I'm juggling actually helps me a lot, it gives me a little bit of a rhythm even, to go by. So those are some practice techniques that you can use for juggling your three balls. Add them on to the tips I gave you already and you should be pretty well equipped to be well on your way to juggling."
