How to Form Patterns with 2 Juggling Balls in One Hand

"Okay, so let's talk about getting into the two in one pattern from a regular juggling pattern. And one thing you can work on is making it a smooth transition, so I'll just do a regular three ball cascade and I'm just going to start juggling two in one hand. And that's the collision I talked about before, we'll just grab another ball here. There's two in one hand that I can practice. Two in this hand. This is a really good practice and training exercise is that you keep going back and forth from the three ball cascade and do some columns. You can do some columns on this side. And you can keep going back. I find that if you're going to come out of two in one hand, it's much easier to just throw the inside ball and catch it with the other hand. So the inside ball is the one that's on this side, you can just throw that into the other hand and go back into your pattern. And even if you wanted to go circles, circles the other way which would be like this. You could do an overhand throw into a pattern like that. So that's some ideas on how you can do two in one hand from a three ball cascade pattern."
