"Okay, so when you're juggling two balls in one hand, there's different ways you can do it. You this is, like going around kind of in a circle, okay. It's a little more difficult but you can use overthrows and go in a circle the other way. But one of the ways I like to do it is you go columns, like this, just back and forth. And this is actually going to be the basis later of a lot of really cool tricks, so definitely practice this column technique and you can practice it with both hands. But this is another good training exercise, it's just practicing juggling two in one hand and practice varying your pattern back and forth. So it's just some different examples, but the column one is important, and just around basically in a circle is important. If you want to work on doing the overthrows and going in a reverse circle, that's perfectly okay too. But again, practice it with both hands, get comfortable with it, and that'll open up the doors to a lot of other cool tricks that you can do with three ball juggling."
