How to Juggle 2 Balls in One Hand

"Ojay everybody, Let me talk to you about juggling two balls in one hand. Now this is kind of an important building block. Later on when you're working on juggling more objects, this is going to become an important training tool and it's the basis of a lot of cool tricks. I'm going to do it right handed for you now so you can see it. But basically, all I'm doing is the exchange and I'm catching the ball in the same hand over and over and over again. Now this is one of those times when you shouldn't be afraid to throw a little higher than usual because it will buy you some more time. And even at this early stage in your juggling, it's important to learn how to do this with both hands, because later on it's going to become important. Now there are some ways to vary this which I'm going to show you in a little bit. But you just kind of practice, it's just the exchange, it's really not that much of a variation from what you've learned already, you're just throwing to the same hand. Going to take a little getting used to, a little bit of practice, don't be afraid to practice it for twenty five or fifty throws at a time. Because later on, this is the basis to a lot of other kinds of juggling. So that's two in one hand. Let me show you from the side so you can see what it looks like. I'm just basically doing the exchange over, and over again. Try and slow it down a little bit for you here. See if you can see it. That is how you juggle two balls in one hand."
