" Hi Malik the magic guy with expertvillage.com. Now I'm going to give you more work on the barbell and how to add some arms and legs. So lets review the barbell real quick what it is it is a three bubble roll through on this end of the end and then come down here and squeeze the air down if you want. Make your three bubble roll through on this end of the balloon and that is going to give you a barbell body. Now if you are going to do feet you can make feet like this using a couple of this two bubble lock twist. I'm going to show you another way make some feet that looks like a little more like a bird foot or animal foot. If you make this out of three bubbles like this two long ones and a short one and you do the same thing on the other end then you can twist this in half and this would give you some feet that you can attach on. Now to do arms for the barbell body you want to have a balloon with a little room left over. We are going to do a fold twist a loop twist on this side and a fold twist loop twist on this side and then we want to fold it half and make a smaller fold twist in the middle. That would give us is a sort of a back bone. Then we can attach this you want to attach this right at the top and the second part of the barbell and that gives you a barbell with arms and legs. This would be the beginning like a duck type creature or anything that got different colored legs. That is the barbell with arms and legs."
