"Okay everybody. So let's talk about putting the overthrow into your three ball pattern. I got myself an odd colored ball, these are the la cross balls I was talking about before. And we're going to use the orange ball to track the overthrow, and I'm just going to put one in right there. There's another one, we can do one from the left hand, and another one. Now you can practice combining overthrows, like there's two in a row, there's two in a row from the other hand. You can even do continuous overthrows like that. I'm going to show you some ideas on combining overthrows in different ways to make different trick patterns and ideas. But definitely practice throwing one in when you're juggling your three balls. And don't be afraid to get creative about where you put them in because that's how you become a creative juggler. So that's how you put the overthrow into a three ball pattern. Let me show you just with some regular balls that are all the same color so you get an idea of what it looks like. There's the continuous overthrows, kind of gives you a different pattern to play with, there?s two from the right hand, two from the left hand, a bunch from the right hand, a bunch from the left hand. So that's how you put the overthrow into your juggling pattern. Practice that, have some fun with it, and don't be afraid to be creative."
