Techniques for the Overthrow Ball Juggling Trick

"Alright, so now I want to give you some more info, and some ideas on practicing the overthrow so that you can use it more effectively later on in your juggling. Now this may be a time when you want to get some two colored balls. I'm going to use the same color again so you can kind of see it evenly. But I showed you how to do it just back and forth. You want to practice doing one overthrow with each hand so you can go right hand, then left hand, then right hand, then left hand. You also want to practice doing strings with the same hand, multiple overthrow like I?m doing all my overthrows with the right hand right now. And you can do a bunch with the left as well because you want to be able to do strings of these later with some of the tricks that you're going to do. So you can practice continuous with one hand. You can practice doing them back and forth like this. And in a minute, I'm going to show you how to work an overthrow into a three ball pattern, and some other practice ideas for that. Practice multiples, practice singles, and then come back and I'll show you more on the overthrow technique."
