"All right everybody. So the first and probably one of the most basic trick juggling techniques I want to teach you is something that a lot of people call the overthrow. Now when I first taught you the exchange in the previous section, I was teaching you to throw the ball like this. So the second one was kind of going under the first one. Well in the overthrow we're going to throw it over the first one like this. So you're going to throw over, instead of under, like I showed you before, you want to throw it over the top so it sort of makes like a wider arc over the top. Let me show you from the side here what that looks like. We're throwing over the top of the pattern. That was actually under but we're throwing over the top of the pattern like this. Okay, you can see it with the other hand. That?s the overthrow technique. In a little while, I'm going to show you some ideas on putting this into a pattern. But it's good to go back to your two ball exchange technique and practice doing this just with two balls to get used to the idea of throwing overhand. So come back in a little bit, I'll show you some ideas on how to put this into a pattern, and some other ideas on how to use it."
