How to Make a Balloon Clown Character

" Hi Malik the magic guy with expertvillage.com. Now I'm going to teach you a new technique called snapping and we are going to use that to make a clown. Now snapping is how you make basically if you just need a piece of a balloon. The way you want to do you are going to take the balloon, you are going to twist it just the way I showed you and you are going to grab on either side and you are just going to give it a quick pull apart like this and that would snap the balloon. Now if you let go of these halves they are going to fly away cause the air is going to flip out. So I'm going to show you how to deal with that in just a second. So to make the clown you are going to start with your one balloon body that I have showed you. Then you are going to take another balloon and you are going to do a tulip twist. To make this is going to make part of his head. Now we are going to make another bubble, we are going to grab here and make like another three inch bubble so we have room to tie and we are going to snap the balloon. Now we take this and tie it off. That is going to make the clowns head and his hat we are going to tie that on to the top of the body just like that. We are going to take one more balloon you want to use a different color we are going to make a bubble chain like we did before only what we are going to is make five bubbles. Going to tie the knot around like this. Then snap it off just like before it helps if you have a container to put those broken in. we are going to tie these together like this so we have a little circle.
