"Hi everybody, you may notice that I am now crouching down, and this is actually a little trick that you can do if you're juggling indoors to get yourself a little more ceiling space. What I'm going to show you right now is the four ball cross pattern, and this is pretty difficult. It's a lot more difficult that the other pattern and I can't even do it that well, ironically enough. But it's basically the five ball pattern with four balls. What ends up happening, is you end up doing two throws, then two throws, then two throws, and they stay staggered. Let me just grab this ball and I'll show you more about it. So I'm going to try and do it for you now, and this is basically what it will look like. Now the space is hard to see, but it does exist, it's a five ball pattern with a break in the pattern and that's why it's one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two. But when you're juggling the pattern you end up feeling two throws, and two throws, two throws, and they're very closely woven together. And you'll notice balls will go flying, it's hard to do, but that's basically how you do it. I'm going to try and give you some more tips on it in the next clip."
