"Alright, so I'm going to show you how to get started juggling the four ball cascade pattern, which isn't really a cascade. I showed you before how you do the flash, actually that's a flash, one, two, three, four, and four catches, just like that. Now that's one, two, three, four, just like that, you're counting the throws, one, two, three, four, five and six might be a good way, you want to do even numbers because you have an even number of balls whereas with three you can just count the throws. This you want to count even numbers, so you want to do one, two, three, four, five, six and catch just like that, that might have even been a seven. And eventually the last catch doesn't end up being that important, that's why I don't care about it flying off here when we're shooting, because it's not going to be there when you're juggling. Just like when we juggled three, you want to build on throws, just keep adding on, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, just like that. You just want to keep adding on until you can do it comfortably. Eventually you'll be able to do all kinds of tricks, all kinds of different patterns. One way that I used to juggle is I used to be juggling four balls, and then I'd lose one, and just keep juggling three, and you could lose another one, but it's a way to keep some practice benefit when you're a beginning juggler even though you're not working on the same thing all the time. So when you're juggling four balls, don't forget about your three ball practice. Don't just work on four balls and keep going. Definitely work it in just a few minutes in your practice sessions all the time and practice building up, and then I'm going to teach you how to do it continuously in a minute."
