"Now I'm going to show you a four ball flash. Later on in a different segment I'm going to show you the staggered pattern. But basically you're going to throw this hand half a beat off this hand, and I have two of the same colored balls in each hand, it will be easier for you to track. But here we go, so it's going to go one, two, like that, one, two, one, two, and then you're going to do one exchange with each hand. One, two, three, four, just like that, one, two, three, four, one, two, three, four, so with each hand you're doing this, but you're staggering it. I'm starting left hand first just like that, so half a beat after I throw the left hand, I throw the right hand. And the whole pattern continues just like that. So that's a flash, you throw all four, you catch all four. And that's a really good way to get used to what the pattern looks like so you know kind of what it looks and what it feels like, but you're not doing too many, you're just stopping. Now we're going to do this the same way that we built with three where we're going to keep adding on repetition and throws. But we're going to get more into that later."
