" Hi Malik the magic guy with expertvillage.com. Now I'm going to show you one of the basic building blocks for all character balloons. Now this isn't used on all of them but it is certainly an important one. This is called a barbell body or at least some people call it that. What we are going to do is make two three bubble roll throughs. But we are going to make them separated with a section of balloons in the middle. So there is one. Now we have a little bit of air down in the ends. So what we are going to do is squeeze and we are going to start from the other end and make another one. You are going to have room. We are going to squeeze this through like this. You can see why they kind of call it a barbell cause it makes it look strong. Now this is actually if you look at it a head and a body. We are going to put some arms on here. I'm going to give you example of that. I've made two fold twist out of the balloon. If we just fold this in half we can stick this on down here and that would give this balloon a pair of legs. That is example of combining with a barbell body. Later on we are going to put some ears on here and some arms and see what kind of characters we can make out of it. That is your basic barbell with two three bubble roll throughs. So watch it again, practice it a couple of times and come back I'll show you some more."
