Steps for Juggling 4 Balls

"Alright, so there's some other ideas on putting it together and one of the things that you have to do when you're juggling four balls is do the same thing with both hands. Here's another practice exercise. You're going to take two balls just like this, two hands together, we're going to work on having your hands work in unison, and you're going to try and throw them the same height. Just like this, okay, just like that, okay? Then you're going to grab, like that, you're going to do one double throw with each hand. This is kind of a flash, I'm going to show you another version of this in a minute, but that's really good. Now I'm using two colored balls in each hand so I have a red and black one and then just a straight red one. I'm throwing the red and black ones, then the red ones, then I'm catching, red and black ones, just red, and catching. And then eventually you just want to be able to do one exchange and catch with each hand. So that's how you kind of put it together and use both hands at the same time, which is going to become important in a minute."
