"So I'm going to teach you a three ball practice drill that's going to help you with your four ball juggling. Now again, this is going to have some parts in it that don't exist in four ball juggling but by this point you should be a strong enough juggler to handle it. So what we're going to do is start juggling three balls then I'm going to go one, two, one, two. One, two three, one two, three. One two three four, one, two, three, four. One, two, three, four, five, one, two, three, four, five. And you keep going up until you get to ten with each hand. You bring it back down then you start up again from the beginning. One of the people who taught me juggling early on after I had already learned how to juggle three balls we were doing some work. He showed me that practice drill for four balls so let me show it to you one more time. You're going to be juggling. You do one, two, one, two. One, two, three, one two three. One, two, three, four, one, two, three four. One, two, three, four, five, one, two, three, four, five. And you just keep going back and forth like that. There's one more that you can do where you just do a series of them with this hand, you do the same number with the other hand. It's the same thing I mentioned before. But that three ball thing I just showed you is a great way to practice while you're continuously juggling and keeping a pattern going. So practice that it's a great drill to learn for four ball juggling."
