"So now here's some tips on how to practice, get ready for four balls and how to improve your off hand two ball juggling. If you're like most people you're going to have one hand that's better than the other. Now one of the ways I like to do it is I like to do a few with my left, with my right hand. Then do a few with my right hand. Now you can actually practice this with three balls. You can juggle two here. You can pass one over, juggle two here. I usually don't recommend it because that passing over part isn't going to exist when you're juggling four balls. So hold two in each hand. Do one, two , three, four here and then do one, two three, four here. You can do that. Or, you know, I usually like to go up to ten, just like that. Then do ten on this side. So whatever you do with this hand do with this hand. My right hand is my strong hand so I do that one first. If you're using weightlifting mentality you use your weak hand first and then you follow it with your strong hand. That might even be a better way to do it but I've never tried it that way. But you just want to practice with both hands one at a time. And it wouldn't even hurt when you're practicing your three ball juggling to just do a few minutes of practice juggling two balls with your weak hand. And that will help make this stronger and a little more even. Just see how long you can go. And practice keeping it kind of in an even pattern with not too much variation to the sides. You don't want to be doing columns just yet. And then that'll help you with your four ball juggling. So practice those things and come back and I'll teach you some more."
