" Hi! This is Malik, the magic guy, with expertvillage.com; more on basic balloon twisting. The next really important thing is a pump. Now people will tell you you can blow these up by mouth. You can, I did it for 8 years and I am not happy about it. This is probably the pump you want to get. The important thing about this pump, the thing that is going to let you know it’s the one you want is that it has a screw top. It has like ridges down the side. They make one that looks like this that comes from a party store. That will be okay at the beginning but those are going to break after a while. This pump here I’ve had about 3 years. It has blown up thousands and thousands of balloons and has never broken. This came from a professional balloon supplier. They will change names based on who you are buying it from. This is called a Faster Blaster 2; some people will call it a 260 Blaster. Qualatex makes one of these that is purple with a pink screw top and a black head. You can also get a pump like this; this is actually designed for smaller balloons, for 160 balloons. It has a head you can get for 260 but this takes a while. This is only good if you have a little bit of time on your hands. So we are going to talk a little more in a minute about blowing up and tying balloons."
