"Hey guys. We're here today learning how to do some improv exercises, and the next exercise we're going to show you is an exercise called Props. Now to play Props, you're going to need a giant box of props. You're also going to need two actors to improvise a scene based around those props. Each actor is going to be given a prop, and that prop can either be the actual prop itself or it can be used to represent something that's similar looking. In fact, that's even preferred, because then it gets your imagination flowing and you learn how to work with creating things and naming objects into existence and stuff like that. So, for this activity, Dan is going to be using a silly, giant candy cane. And I'm going to be using a nasty old shoe. Let's say our location suggestion for this is two guys that work in a record store. How about that? And we'll see where this scene takes us. Back in my day, we listened to records all the time. We didn't listen to these newfangled compact discs. Mr. Wilson, that's ridiculous. Everyone knows compact discs and MP3 are the way to go. In fact, look. I just got the newest MP3 sensation, Lil' Bit Mo, to sign my shoe. Ah, well, I don't know. That doesn't really make me want to do a dance. You know what I mean? Well, sir, I was thinking we might be able to put the shoe on display in the shop. What? I just thought it might be nice to have some cool memorabilia up here and a signature by Lil' Bit Mo would mean so much for today's generation. A fedora signed by Frank Sinatra himself, maybe. But not Lil' Me Mo Blah. I don't know what is. Sir, I don't even know what a fedora is. I'm leaving to take my nap. Sir, I just, I. And that's how you play Props."
