"Hey guys. We're here today learning how to play some fun new improv warm ups for your improv team. And the next warm up that Dan B and I are going to walk you through is a warm up called Samurai. Now to play Samurai, you're going to get your team to stand in a giant circle, all facing into the center. You're then going to pass the focus, or the energy, around the room as everyone's pretending like they're Samurais, chopping the person that they send the energy around to. Now you do this just by, miming that you have a sword, making a bunch of crazy Samurai noises like, (Samurai fighting noises) and then chopping the person that you want to pass the energy to, across the circle, or next to you, or however. Now, while you're preparing to pass the energy, the two players that are standing on both sides of you, are going to be getting ready to chop you in the middle, so that three players are going to be performing actions at the same time. The one person preparing to chop, and then once he is struck in the middle by his two side people, then he's going to pass the energy forward. Whooah. So, for this example, we're going to assume that the energy has been passed to someone that is standing between Dan and I, and we're both going to chop him in the middle, and he's going to pass the energy on. And then it's going to come back to Dan, who is then going to chop it and send it off to somebody else. So, (Sword noises) Uh oh. (Samurai fighting noises) At that point in time, the person in the middle went, yyyyyaaahhh, and sent it off to somebody else. Now it's coming around and Dan gets it. (Sword and Samurai fighting noises) And then it goes off, and it just keeps on passing around the room. It's a fun game, you get to be loud and silly, and crazy and wild, and I think you guys will have fun playing it."
