"Hey guys, we are here today learning how to play some fun, new improv warm ups for your improv team. And the next warm up that Dan B. and I are going to show is a warm up called "Eights". To play eights, you are going to want someone to be the designated caller and your going to want your group to kind of spread out in a semicircle or a circle in your play space. The caller is then going to call out specific body part at which point and time all the team players have to move that body part in the shape of the number eight. So if he says, elbows, everybody moves your elbow in the shape of the number eight. It's a fun game, you can start off with the basics, your arms, your legs, your feet, then move into crazier sillier body parts. Then it might even be fun to mix it up and throw a different number in the mix. So, Dan and I are going to go ahead and play. And we are going to do the number eight right now, so lets say our right hand, the number eight. Alright, while we are doing our right hand lets do our left knee at the same time. Alright, now lets stop that, lets do our right foot in the number nine, as high as you can get it for the camera. Ear the number two. Now let's do our hips in the number of three hundred and forty one. I went up on the number one. Yeah, see I went down. Let's do the top of our head, the number q. Awsome, and that's how you play "eights"."
