Video Transcript

"Hello! My name is Melissa Schenk and on behalf of Expert Village, today we're learning how to play the game Operation. In this clip, let's discuss the object of the game. Now, of course you should know that Operation is a game of skill and precision where players get paid for extracting these comedy body parts from the unfortunate named Cavity Sam. The object of the game, of course is to get these body parts out of Cavity Sam without making the buzzer go off. We'll have a demonstration here. You don't want to hear the buzzer go off or you lose and the next player will get to try this out. We'll discuss this in an upcoming clip about doctor and specialist cards; the difference between those. But you of course want to earn the most money by performing your surgery. So the person with the most money will win at the end of the game. That is the object of the game. One; to be able to get these body parts out of Cavity Sam without him buzzing. Then two; we'll talk about winning, but you want to make the most money as you possibly can as well. Now that you know the object of the game, let's talk about doctor and specialist cards coming up in our next clip."
