"If you watch a lot of poker on TV like alot of people have, you've noticed hundreds, and hundreds and hundreds of players wearing Mp3 players at the table. Now this isn't limited to just Mp3 players, but all electronic devices at the table. You always need to be mindful of the other players at the table. And pulling out a cell phone at the table and carrying on a conversation, or pulling out a cell phone and start texting messages, this all delays the actions. Because if you are sitting there talking on the phone or texting a message, and the action comes around to you and you are not paying attention, well guess what? The other players are waiting on you to act. Your attention has been distracted from the game, and you are not there, and the game is not going to roll smoothly. Now, with Mp3 players, you see a lot of people wearing them, because the game of Texas Holdem has sometimes, if you are playing a very tight strategy, then you're folding a lot and you're not playing a lot of hands. So players have started wearing Mp3 players to listen to music and to kind of pass the time a little bit. If you're one of those players that are wearing Mp3 players with the headphones in, a lot of people wear the headphones with just one earbud maybe two with the volume turned down. Just have it where you can follow the action, and be mindful of the other players at the table so that you're no slowing down the action. But, a good rule, just try to keep all electronic devices off the table. And the game will run smoothe."
