"This is a bee hive. It’s composed by a floor, a brood chamber—these are called supers, too. The super in the bottom is used for the brood chamber, for the queen to lay eggs, and a top. This brood chamber has frames- 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8- with wax combs in there. These wax combs can be started by the bees. You place the foundation with a drawing of the comb in it, so the bees from there build the foundation. We have an example here. See? They take the foundation and build the comb up. This is the basic bee hive when it grows in a small space, so it has to- you need to add another super with frames, of course, and if it grows more, or they need room for the honey- you put another, and another if you need, or another if you need."

on 8/2/2008 Rather incoherent, e.g. difficult to understand the embossing of the foundation and the way the bees draw this out into comb.
