"My name is Joseph Shung Chiang Lee. I am a member of the Calcutta Racing Pigeon Club. For a good pigeon, the feathers should be smooth and it should be slippery; it should be full of powder. You can see the legs so it flea white covered with powder. This is a sign of a healthy pigeon. The second thing you look for is the pectoral in muscles. If the pectoral in the muscle is weak, the tail will be sticking up. So this bud has a good strong pectoral in muscles and the ring muscle are quite strong and when you look for a good pigeon should be streamlined. If the skeel bone is too deep, then the bird would not be a good flier. Would not have a good stamina. So this skeel bone should be more flat, more bouyance and the wings, see as you can see the wings, are very closed there is no gap in between all the feathers. As you can see he's got strong wing muscles. As i pull it out he always tries to pull it back."
