"Now we're going to make a beautiful festive balloon. It's kind of a surprise especially for Christmas. A candy cane, everybody loves candy canes. So I'm going to start by making a fold twist, fold the balloon a little at the end maybe a couple of inches. Take the knot and wrap it into the other side; that locks the fold twist in place. Make another fold twist and twist it two or three times so it won't come undone. We'll take the other color, grab hold of the knot and we're going to wrap it into that little section there. See, you wrap it a couple times around your fold twist. Now this is where the fun begins. We're going to start that candy cane twist. I'm going to hold one balloon still and twist with the other. It might take a little practice but well will a few go's I'm sure you'll master it. Hold one and twist the other. Hold one and twist the other. And then you go right the way down your candy cane, holding one and pulling the other around. Holding one still and wrapping it around. Holding one still till we get right to the very bottom there. Now if you find you have a little extra what I want you to do is just make a little twist there, and bring him up so you've got a fold. You know there's a, there's a full twist by now and just twist it a of couple times. That gives a beautiful effect at the bottom. And this end is the base for our next surprise."
