Balloon Twisting a Toon Car

"I just love teddy bears and I thought it'd be really cute to see this little guy driving his own little toon town car around. So how do we make it? Well first we need the wheels. How do we make the wheel, huh? I'll show you. You're just going to put your finger right the way through the balloon. These are called bee body balloons, 321's. Push as far as you can. Let me just wiggle my finger around so you can see what I'm doing there. And grab it with the other end. And just pull your finger out. Now this is the tricky part, going to just twist that piece three times and you see these two fingers; it's going to wrap around those and this little space here just slips on threw there. With a little bit of practice you'll get it. It's maybe a little tricky to start with. I'm going to need this bee body or 321 balloon, put into two halves. I just grab it makes a shape of an egg timer really. Next we're going to make the steering wheel of the little toon town car. This is called a tulip twist because it just looks like a little tulip. We're going to have a stick where the little steering wheel sits on. Now we can start building the car; just make a basic twist and then mirror it sort of the same size, and twist them together. Teddy will actually sit in our little toon town car right there. Now coming down we want the shape, basic shape of a square. Going to add the first little wheel; you can go around it twice just to be absolutely sure it's secure. Now the idea is to make a square, so we're going to measure approximately where the car ends. Eh, approximately about there. And put our second wheel on. Now coming up the car you want a square kind of shape. There we go, that's a nice square. That's just to finish the car off, and to secure it and lock it in place. We're just going to do a basic pull twist, and with that little bit of extra nozzle we're just going to lock it down in the back; twist it and come up the other side, go around it. There's no set pattern. And that makes our little car. Now let's put teddy in it. Just slide him in, sit him nicely in his car. He's going to be holding the little steering wheel with his paws. Beep beep, he's ready and he's off; beep beep. Beep beep, doot doot; doot doot doot. I wonder where he's going."
