"Hi, I'm Karen, for Expert Village. Now I'm going to show you how to pin down your waistband and do the topstitching to finish the zipper. Now, you just take a look at what they've done here, and you can fold over. Here's the waistband, I'm going to fold it over the end of the zipper tape like this and then fold it down like this, and we can pin that in place. We want to pin it on the front side of the garment since we're going to be topstitching here and we want to make sure that we're going to catch the waistband as we do our topstitching. So I've pinned that in place there. And you can see as we topstitch it, it will come in just the same place that they had their stitching. I'll put two pins in there to hold that in place. And then again on the other side, the zipper tape is going to be folded into the waistband piece that they had already. Just kind of work its place in position, and put pins to hold it, and then you can check in the back to see if you've pinned it well (this is a little messed up here - let me remove my pins and do it over). Okay."
