"I am going to talk to you today about how to build various help signals. Basically just remember the rule of three. Three of anything means help so three blasts on your whistle, three flashes on your flashlight if it is night time and the most common is building a signal fire. I'm sure you must have heard this. The best way to build a signal fire is to follow the instructions from earlier. Get your fire going real hot and grab green stuff. It seems really counter intuitive but throw lots of green stuff on and it will start smoking like crazy. People from miles around will be able to see that smoke. And if there is enough, someone is going to come check it out. That is one of the best ways but if it is too windy, that's not going to work. So just remember, three of anything, three blasts on the whistle, three flashes on your head lamp at night and you can also make a signal fire. They also work okay at night too, signal fires. Sometimes people can see the illumination. So remember your rule of three if you get lost and you should stay safe and sound; someone will find you. "
