"Hiking uphill is a lot in your head. It may seem like the mountain you're going to go up is unconquerable but you'll see when you get to the top, it's pretty cool. If you're hiking and you feel a little bit down you gotta keep a positive attitude when you're going up. Remember, once you start going down you're going to be going a lot faster. So, you just gotta tough it out through some of the hardest parts and sometimes it may be a little tough, just keep a good attitude and you should be able to work it out throughout your day. So, just remember, take the smooth line, just take it easy, take some breaks once in a while. Keep a good positive attitude and your day out will be a lot nicer than if you have a bad attitude, like Aah, I can't do this. Remember it's fifty percent in your head. The rest is just physical."
