"Hi! I'm going to talk to you today how to predict and avoid bad weather. Avoiding bad weather is really important because setting out in the rain or snow or whatever you are going to encounter is just a really bad idea. It is going to be a very difficult hike and potentially dangerous if you get lost or slip because the rocks are wet. Now it is inevitable that you encounter weather. But there are some measures you can take to prevent getting caught in bad weather. Like before you leave during your preparation, check the region you are going into. If you are going into the northeast, you really want to make sure. You've got to make sure you know what the weather is going to be like because it is really important when you are going to go on your hike. If you are going into a different region that you've never been into before, you want to see what the weather is like there. Maybe ask some of the locals or a guy in the guide shop to know what the weather is going to be like. However if you are outside, there is not going to be a guide there to tell you whether the weather is bad or not. So some things to check for is just have a look at the sky. If you see clouds off in the distance that kind of really dark or they are really large thunderhead clouds, it is probably going to rain and you want to be careful. So if you are on top of the mountain and you see weather coming in, make sure you get off. "
