"Hi, today I'm going to talk about when to eat. So say I've walked up the trail a little ways, I'm a little tired, I take a rest, get out my water bottle, drink a little bit. I decide I'm a little hungry, so, I like to bring just light foods, for example, these cliff bars, they work great. They're really good , they got a lot of protein in them, you want stuff with a lot of protein. Now, you gotta eat at the right time. If you're not eating at the right times of the day you can get tired, or worn out, it's just gonna wear you out and you're not going to feel comfortable. So, you want to eat a little, once in a while, not all at once, unless it's lunchtime. Then, you can go ahead, trust me, it's fun. But, when you're just hiking you wanna just eat a little bit once in a while because that way you'll have constant protein in your system all day. There's all kinds of stuff you can get, you can get bars like these, gels, all kind of stuff, there's really fun stuff. You can bring a sandwich, anything you want, just remember to eat a little all day and not all at once,unless it's lunchtime, then you can really have some fun."
