"Hi, I'm going to talk about staying hydrated. Staying hydrated is a very important part of your day. You can see here, just got a normal water bottle, my nice water bottle that I was talking about earlier, real sturdy. Now, staying hydrated is really important because if you don't get enough water in your system you can get what's called dehydration. What happens when this happens is you get lactic acid which builds up in your legs, in your shoulders, and it really starts tightening you up and you start. It can actually be dangerous because you can destroy different muscle fibers in your legs and it's going to make you really uncomfortable the day after. So, say I'm walking up the trail, I decide I'm a little bit tired, I take a rest, pull out my water bottle, unscrew it, take a drink. Now, you don't have to drink a lot at once, don't drink a lot at once because you can get cramps and it's not gonna make your life a whole lot happier. So, just stop every once in a while, have a drink, take it real easy and your day out in the woods will be a really fun time."
