"Hi, I'm going to talk to you about what is low impact camping. Now, what is low impact camping? It is pretty simple, it is pretty much the same as low impact hiking, except you are camping instead of hiking but a lot of the same rules apply. Like where are you going to wash your dishes? Where are you going to do sanitary things? And also, where are you going to set up your camp? Setting up your camp is a very important thing, because you don't want to set it up in a too delicate of a spot and destroy something. You wouldn't want to set up on this trail anywhere, because other hikers need to come through and what if they are hiking during the night? You can't have your tent in the way. So a better spot would be maybe through those trees in the ferns a little bit. This is the only time you should ever break the rule of don't go off of the trail. If you are going off the trail to get another, a better campsite than an on trail, make sure that it is not on any delicate plants or anything that you could destroy. Try to find a firm flat surface good for sleeping and also make sure that you are not going to be disturbing any environment or anything cause you want to keep everything the same as when you came in. When you leave you want it to be the same. So make sure that your campsite is in a safe area, not near any animal habitat homes or anything like that, make sure it is on a non erosion effected surface and just make sure that it is safe and a comfortable place to stay."
