"KAYLA BUCCOLA: Hi. My name is Kayla, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to hula hoop. Now that we've used our small hula hoop a lot, let's try the big one. Let's start off with walking. Basically, all you're doing is the same movement that you're doing before with your just regular hula hooping and walking with it. It's not as hard as it sounds actually. Watch. First, you want to just start off feeling nice and easy. A little slowly move your feet until you get a nice pace. Sometimes when your hula hoop starts to fall, you might want to go a little bit faster to bring it back up. But not too fast or slow because you mess it all up, and then you'll be able to walk. Now that you've mastered the walk, I'm going to show you how to run with it. Basically, it's the same thing as walking, I suggest starting off with a nice walk and then you kinda pick up your pace a little bit, walk, walk, walk, and run. How do you like that?"
