"KAYLA BUCCOLA: Hi. My name is Kayla, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to hula hoop. Now that I've taught you how to hula hoop with your waist, let's do some little of the harder stuff. Basically, all you're doing is spinning the hula hoop just like what you did with your waist, you're going to move it back and forth, and let go. Then slowly, you're just going to move your wrist very little, just like that. You don't want to do it too big or look, what's going to happen. See, look? Watch. It goes flying. Now, remember that I told you this before. I told you, "Great. When you move your arms too fast, it goes flying. And if you're in the indoors trying to hula hoop, it might even break something." We're going to show you some more tricks with your ankle. Basically, all you're doing is hopping every time it comes to. So, what you want to do is move your foot like this and jump. Move your foot like this, jump, move your foot like this, jump, move your foot like this. Now, I wouldn't suggest using the bigger hula hoops 'cause it'll be very hard to jump on them. Like when it comes to your leg, you want to going to go like this and it's going to be hard because like you're going over like this, it's faster. Great, it's not fun. So basically, now I just showed how to do something that they used to call skip it which they use the tiny little toys which you will probably still find in the stores, but I think hula hoops are "funner"."
