" Hi! This is Ken, I’m talking to you about the basics of Stratego. So, I’ve set a little piece up here on the board. On this side, I see what my piece is but I don’t see what the other piece is. So, it’s my turn, I move forward. I say what is a piece, you say it’s an 8. My piece was an 8 as well. When two pieces of the same number meet, they’re both taken off the board. Now, a very unique character is called the spy. The highest ranking member of the game is the marshal. So, the spy is the only character that can capture a marshal. Here we have a marshal behind a I don’t know what it is. It’s my turn to go forward , I go and he says oh that’s the marshal, and he has to take it off the board. However, let’s say it’s his turn. He can go forward and the spy can be captured by any other piece. It’s only good for capturing the marshal. It’s the only good that can capture the marshal, so you have to be careful that you don’t lose him to the other pieces. Thank you very much. "
