"In this clip what we're going to talk about is riding backwards on your six-foot unicycle. So you've learned how to get up on the unicycle, you?re really comfortable riding forward, it's getting boring, you've got to do something different. So this is probably one of the freakiest moves you can attempt, but is really not that bad once you try it, and really you always end up landing on your feet; if you fall, you're just going to fall backward, unicycle's going to roll out, and you're going to land right on your feet. So don't be too scared starting this out. But it looks really impressive once you get it down. So I'm going to get up just using this table because it's the easy way to get on the six-foot, on the giraffe, and then start idling, and then from idling, once my, once my right foot is forward, I'm just going to go back and start heading backwards. And I look over my shoulder when I start, just like on a regular unicycle, and then I'm pretty much looking forward while I'm riding backwards, holding my hands out to stabilize me. So you ride out to a position where you're comfortable, make sure it's nice smooth pavement, no big cracks behind you, start idling, and when you feel comfortable just look behind you to make sure there's nothing there, and then you just start riding backwards. Better to lean more backwards than forwards with your arms out like this because you'll just end up falling forward. And when you're comfortable you just go for it. And I'm just looking forward the entire time I'm doing it. And that's riding backwards on a six-foot unicycle."
