"In this clip, we're going to talk about spinning on the unicycle. I think the first thing we want to talk about is where your feet are going to be. Since my feet the way that I idle is I put all the weight on my left foot here. It?s going to be back and my right foot is going to be forward and the pedals are going to be parallel with the ground right there. So I'm going to be riding up and its preferable when you spin you're going to want to be right in that position. You won't have to think too much about it, you're going to be able to feel it, feel what's right. But I'm right here, I'm going to push off the pole and it?s going to carry me all the way around and I'm going to start riding. So I'm going to start out coming up to the pole you can come up slow, you don't have to go too fast. Once my feet get right there where my right foot's forward, my left foot's back, pedals are parallel. I'm pushing off the pole, I'm only going to push off with one hand when I do it up to speed and that's going to carry me all the way around and once I get a full 360 then I'm going to start pedaling again. So let's do that. Full speed now. And I went a little bit too hard that time so I rotated a little bit more than a 360 but that's ok. Wherever you stop, start pedaling then. Push off. And if you want to impress your figure skating friends or some ladies that think you're not too graceful, do something cool with your arms and then start pedaling."
