"In this clip we're going to talk about riding with your stomach on the seat. It looks pretty strange, but it's actually a lot of fun and makes people laugh. So what you're going to be doing is the same principles as riding forward, but you're going to be putting your stomach on the seat like this, and your legs are going to be crouched up a little bit, and your hands out like this to stabilize you, keep you balanced. So you can start out holding onto a pole. And for this one you don't need to rock the unicycle up under you, so keep the pedals straight down, right here, in this position. And I pretty much put like my belly button right on the back of this seat just above like, as if you were wearing a belt, just like above the belt, and then the tip of the seat's like right on your chest bone. You might want to make sure no one's around to watch you when you start to learn this one. Looks a little strange. But you just start idling like this. Keep your other hand out. It is going to feel pretty weird. I don't know if it ever gets too comfortable, but idle like this. Once you get comfortable with it, same thing as riding forward. Let go of the pole, keep going and keep your arms out to stabilize you. So I'm going to idle just a little bit longer. Get, get more comfortable, and here we go."
