"In this clip we're going to talk about riding with the seat out. I think the hardest thing about riding seat out is because you're going to be pushing with more pressure on one foot, and then the other, and then the other, the seat is going to want to go to the right or to the left. So when this pedal comes down, the seat is going to want to go this way. So you have to kind of, you have to be pushing it this way. When this pedal comes down, the seat's going to want to go this way, so you've got to be pulling this way. So you're constantly trying to stabilize the seat while you're riding and having to balance at the same time with your free hand like this. It's a challenge, but like everything else, if you just practice it over and over and over again, don't get discouraged by not being able to do it the first hundred times, it's going to click. And it's a lot of fun. So, let's start out at near, at a pole or something that you can hold on to. That's the best place to start this trick out. Okay, so you've got your pole and you're, you've got something that's going to stabilize you. So I'm starting out with the pedal just straight down in that position right there, pulling the seat out. Step up onto it be pushing the seat this way because it's going to want to fly this way. Get your other foot up onto it, start kind of rocking back and forth. It's going to feel awkward. It's going to feel like the unicycle just wants to go everywhere. But that's how it's supposed to feel so don't, don't get discouraged about that. So just like starting out forward, just start, start leaning forward. You want to keep yourself right over the wheel, just like when you're unicycling normally. And same principles apply to riding forward, just got to go for it. Probably fail a lot before you get it. So start riding forward, and then I just start going. And I'm keeping myself stable with this other hand right here."
