"In this clip, we're going to talk about one footed riding. So, one footed riding. When you're idling, the foot that you use to put all your weight on, you're going to use that to push the pedal to ride one footed. And the other foot is going to come off the pedal and onto the fork of the unicycle, right here. So, what's happening, is you're riding along, right when you get to this point, one foot comes up onto the fork, the other one pushes hard right here and you, and you let off, and you let the wheel travel around. Push down hard again right there, let off. You're foot's staying in contact with the pedal the whole time. But you want to make sure that you let the pedal come around right here so you're not putting any pressure on it. And then you push right there, push right there while your other foot's up here and your arms are out stabilizing you. Now depending on what the unicycle is doing, you're going to figure out how hard you need to push the pedal. So, if I'm leaning forward too much, I need to, and the unicycle needs to catch up with me, I'm going to push a little bit harder so it brings that wheel underneath me. If I'm leaning back a little bit too much, if I push it real had, it's going to send the unicycle out and I'm going to fall back. So, I'm just going to barely push at all and let the, let the pedal travel around again. And once you practice, don't get frustrated if it doesn't work out the first hundred times you do it. If you just keep practicing, I promise, you're going to catch on. So, we're going to start out right here. I'm just idling. I'm going to start riding forward and then when I'm ready and you feel comfortable and you're stable, you're in a good spot, throw your foot up on the frame of the unicycle and start pushing right where your pedal comes around. So here we go. Push, push, push push, push, push, push. So I go here, I push really hard and I keep going. Push, push, push, push."
