"Alright, in this clip we're going to talk about one footed idling. You've practiced holding onto something. You've gotten to the place where you can go away from the pole or whatever you're holding onto and idle you know, really well, where it's no problem at all. So, we're going to start out, now holding onto anything. Now, the foot that you're going to use to keep idling when you do one foot idling, is the foot that you have all your weight on. For me, that's my left foot. What I'm going to do with my right foot, is I'm going to put it up onto the, onto the frame of the unicycle. And I'm going to be rocking, I'm going to be pushing down, at this point right here, I'm pushing down and I'm letting it ride through to here. I'm pushing down, letting it ride through to here, pushing down, letting it ride to here, over and over again while keeping my right foot on the frame of the unicycle. And this is where having that squared frame comes in handy. I put a little grip tape there to help me out but it's really nice to have that square frame. So, I'm going to rock up onto it. For starting out, I would say to just start idling on the pedal, on the other pedal. Once you get more advanced, you can go right to the frame from starting out. So what I'm going to do is just throw my foot up there. And each one I'm pushing down, ride the end of the rotation of the pedal. And I'm keeping my arms out to stabilize me. Now when you get a little bit more advanced, you can just start out going right to the frame of the unicycle. So, we'll start out right here and go straight up, idling just like this."
