Decorative paper is the best way to add color and design to your scrapbook. Scrapbooking paper comes in hundreds of colors, designs, and themes as you can see here. You can match your paper to the theme of your page and depending on which mood you're in. There is even papers for different seasons and different holidays. You can also go the cheaper route and just get construction paper. Construction paper can be found at any of your local stores and provides you with multiple colors. For my page, I chose a pretty blue paper. This adds accent to your page. You can also get scrap paper found around the house. The great thing about scrapbooking is that anything can have a use."
