" Hi! I'm Joey Gunz and you can check me out on line at www.joeygunz.com. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village today to talk to you a little bit about light modifiers. That's right, part 12 of our on-going 16 part series about improving your photography. Well you say light modification, Joey what are you talking about. What do you mean? What is a light modifier? A light modifier is nothing more than an object or tool that we use to change or modify light. Think about that ugly lamp that your Aunt Sue gave you in your living room and that big hideous light shade on. Well that light shade keeps the light from shining directly in your eyes. It is a light modifier. Or if you go go the office and you see that plastic grid that sits right under the fluorescent light bulbs, that is a light modifier. It helps to diffuse your light. So the masters of photography have all figured out what light modifiers do what. Some even create to shape and mold and create the type of light that they want to give the perfect image that they are looking for. So remember knowledge is free, you just have to go and you have to know where to look and find it. Go to your search engine and type in light modifiers and read away and stay tuned here at Expert Village to find out a little bit more as we go deeper in our 16 part series about light modifications. I'm Joey Gunz and check me out on line at www.joeygunz.com. For Expert Village wishing you a fair well until next time. "
