" Hi! I'm Joey Gunz, Glamor Photographer. You can check out my work on-line at www.joeygunz.com. Today I'm working with Expert Village to bring you part 6 of this photo tutorial the SLR. A lot of people come in and ask how can I improve my photography. The one thing I say to them is if you want to get the job done right, you've got to have the right tools. The right tools for accomplishing that job is to have a trusty dusty SLR at least for the amateur or for the every day shooter. Now what do you get out of an SLR? Number 1 probably the most flexible thing about an SLR is the fact that you have interchangeable lenses. No I didn't break it. The lens actually comes off and if I do it right, it will reattach. What does this mean? It means you can shoot with a wide angle lens or you can shoot with a telephoto lens that gets you really close to the subject. It also means that with a single reflex lens that you are actually looking through the lens and seeing what is actually coming through the lens. So without like those old Polaroid where you are looking off to the side and the lens is shooting here to the film in another direction. So if you really want to take your photography to the next level, go out and find yourself by hook or by crook, a nice SLR and if you are really into digital photography, just put a D on the front; digital SLR. So for joeygunz.com I'm Joey Gunz for Expert Village, I bid you a do. "
